The Grottoes Police Department is currently seeking a State of Virginia certified Police Officer, to fill a vacancy. The police officer position is responsible for daily patrol duties, such as crime prevention, investigating crimes that occur in the town, and traffic enforcement. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be familiar with community policing concepts.   Salary is based upon experience.
