The Town of Grottoes is excited to offer residents a new easy and convenient method to view and pay their utility bills online;

and to make miscellaneous payments online which may include Business License fees, Zoning Permit fees, Parking Ticket fees, etc.

With PSN Invoice Cloud, you can receive your bill by email or text message, schedule payments or enroll in Auto Pay, and make one-time payments without having to create an account. If you have any issues while trying to set up your account, please contact PSN Invoice Cloud Customer Service at 1-866-917-7368.

Coming soon, you will also be able to make tax payments and other misc. payments to the town via online bill pay using credit, debit or e-check.

**Please note: If you sign up for Autopay via Bank draft through Town Hall-there is NO FEE**
